Kristin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and is licensed in New Jersey.  She is an elected member of her firm's Leadership Council, an appointed member of the PA Association of Realtors® Presidential Advisory Group regarding Climate Change and its effects on the real estate industry, Past Board Member and Sponsor of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, member of the South Street West Business Association (SSWBA), and member of the South of South Neighborhood Association (SOSNA).  Kristin was selected to receive a 2010 scholarship funded by the Pennsylvania Realtors® Education Foundation.  She holds BA and BS degrees from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and spent a year studying in Quito, Ecuador. 

Having just appeared with clients on the national airing of HGTV’s “House Hunters,” her colleagues fondly refer to her as a “connector”.  She is the honored recipient of a Blue Ribbon award from Philadelphia's 17th Police District for her community work and is the Founder of SWCC Run, Inc., a 501(c)(3), hosting an annual community building event and benefit, called the SWCC 5K Run.  The event features a scenic 5K run/walk through the Southwest Center City/Graduate Hospital neighborhood.  The proceeds from the event are invested back into the neighborhood in the form of beautification efforts.  To date, SWCC Run, Inc. has donated almost $10,000!

When she is not studying the real estate market, Kristin can be found salsa dancing in Old City, running on the Schuylkill River Banks path, and enjoying the fine restaurants throughout the City.  She loves to travel with her husband, Brian, who is a Child Psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Drexel University, and young son, Leo Jackson Daly.  Find Kristin on www.linkedin.com and www.facebook.com, as she welcomes the opportunity to connect!
