Kristin is a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She is an elected member of her firm's Leadership Council, EcoBroker® Certified, an appointed member of the PA Association of Realtors® Presidential Advisory Group regarding Climate Change and its effects on the real estate industry, Vice President of the Board of the Professional Women’s Roundtable, and an active member of the South of South Neighborhood Association.  Her colleagues fondly refer to her as a “connector”.  She is the honored recipient of a Blue Ribbon award from Philadelphia's 17th Police District for her community work and is the Founder of the SWCC Run, Walk & Roll, a community building event and benefit featuring a scenic 5K run/walk through the Southwest Center City/Graduate Hospital neighborhood.  The proceeds from the event are invested back into the neighborhood in the form of beautification efforts through her non-profit entity, SWCC Run, Inc.

Kristin holds BA and BS degrees from University of Illinois and spent a year studying in Quito, Ecuador.  She is currently enrolled in studies toward her Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker’s License at Temple University's Real Estate Institute, anticipated in 2010, and has been selected to receive a 2010 scholarship funded by the Pennsylvania Realtors® Education Foundation.
